I bought wrong or I did not like the product. Can I have my money back?
I don’t return money. Please, try the demo before, carefully read the information from the box and make sure the purchase. Only double purchases of the same product (no transfer) will be refunded.
I bought a product, but not received, and now?
If you purchased an item (no transfer) that doesn't show up in inventory, please paste the transaction from your account in History Transactions into a notecard and drop me. This must be done within 30 days. You can find them at www.secondlife.com under "my account" and then "transaction history."
I see a product in your store with "skin and shape" or "clothes", but I want only the shape, or just one off the clothes, I can buy separately and pay for half?
No, I not sell separate items. When an item is the most in a box, is that there are gifts, not because it costs half of the total.
I want request a skin, how i make it?
Well, I would like to make all the requests that I receive, but it is not possible, So I suggest you not to create expectations in the short time. I cannot accept customizations at the moment, but you can send me suggestions by Notecards, maybe next week you'll find at shop. In a few cases, and when I have more time available, I select some notecards to create skins ordered / suggested. If you want suggest a skin, please drop me a notecard describing all the details you want in it "skin color, make up, etc".

Why am I banned from the island “Nikita Fride”?
Sorry! if you're banned without warning, you probably did not act with ethics. Most common reasons for BAN: Stealing, cloning, selling, distributing, or just wearing and keeping in your inventory any product cloned / stolen. Or Been engaged in groups of individuals who support the piracy and refuse to report them. Exceeded of SPAMS or any form of inconvenience on the public chat. Be sure that you have never done anything illegal before you IM me about it. NOTE: People that wearing stolen product, I don’t accept reasons as: "i received from a friend, did not know it was stolen. Advice: Do not accept anything from strangers. Using stolen products or steal is a lack of respect with all who devote time and talent by building a better second life. Have education say "no to piracy”. We think if you have a connection to internet in your house, you can contribute with creators who work for your leisure time.
How to you see if people around you are using fake things?
Easy! click with your Right button of mouse on the item you want to verify (hair, boots, attached prims in an outfit...) and select "more" then "inspect", so you can see creators profile. Believe me, people do it all the time. So careful, do not accept products of strangers. You can destroy your image, and nobody will believe that you did not know the origin of the product you are wearing.
How to know when you wear is fake or stolen/cloned product?
In your inventory, find the item you want to check, click with right mouse button and then "Properties" then "see the profile creator" certainty if the item that you are using is original, the profile of the designer is "payment information" and have in the "pics" or "classified" the address of the shop!
